The cost of shipping is based on the current rates
of the method you choose at checkout.
We ship domestically by USPS First Class Mail,
USPS Priority Mail, and UPS.
(For international orders, see below.)
All orders are shipped out of our studio Monday through Friday.
Because of the nature of a small team, some orders will take between 1-3 days of processing before they are ready for shipment. Once they’ve been shipped, most orders take between 2-4 business days to arrive at your door. Please allow more time for processing during holidays and peak sale days. We will do our best to provide you with accurate shipping information during those times.



Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking. Please ensure that your shipping address is a secure location. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages damaged in transit.


All International Sales are Final Sale.

We ship worldwide via DHL Worldwide Express. Our shipping rates vary and are based on country. Appropriate country rates will be shown at checkout. On average, international shipping rates are between $45-$100 and DO NOT include local taxes or duties. International customers are responsible for any additional costs imposed by the local government upon delivery.

LALAA KANANI is not responsible for any charges incurred for refused packages. In the case that the package is refused, the total cost of the return fees will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, please use a trackable shipping service, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FEDEX, or purchase shipping insurance in case the package is lost or damaged in transit. 


We are happy to accept domestic returns on any regularly priced, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 14 days of the ship date for a full refund to the original form of payment. All items must have their original tags and packaging. After 14 days, all sales are FINAL. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be refunded for the cost of the products but not for the cost of shipping. Returns take 10-14 days to process after receiving the returned items in our studio.

We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our refund policy.

All Sale items Discounted 30% or more are Final Sale, and all items purchased during a sale or promotion is also a Final Sale unless otherwise noted. Sales and Promotions to do not apply to previous purchases. 


We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a full refund and place a new order.
